Astra,
my little Beagle star. You had not much luck in your life, but you
were always brave and sweet. We loved you so much, our little
sunshine. You always liked to swim, play with other dogs, you were a
friend to all the children. I miss our walks together.
Now your place is empty here and the pain of missing you is almost
unbearable.
At the age of 5 months you became sick. First meningitis, after 6
months you were diagnosed diabetic, and suddenly blindness. Still we
didn’t gave up.
Together we were brave and full of hope for the future. But on New
Year's Day you got sick again.
I saw you fighting hard through the night, but the next morning you
were so tired from fighting against the meningitis that we had to
take the hardest decision we ever took.
But we could it because we loved you so much and we knew that the
pain had to stop.
I hope you are happy now at a place were you can be healthy and
where you can play with many friends.

I
really hope that we’ll meat again one day. So I can close you in
my arms again and give you little kisses on your tummy like you
loved so much when you were here. Astra I will never forget you. You
stay always in my heart.
