In Memory of my wonderful Rottie

who left us on Jan. 31, 2003

Axel had diabetes for 6 years and was nine years old when he made his transition. He was so sweet and his spirit so loving, that he became foster mom to newborn kittens that lost their own mom to a fast car. He would lie on the floor and kittens would crawl from under his ears!

I made the decision to end his misery after a very, very bad night of nausea and seizures, and although I know I did the best thing for him, I am devastated at our loss. Our home will never be the same without him.

Axel, we love you boy!
