Dear Chloe
It seems like
only yesterday we brought you home to live with us and be a
family.
You were a tiny ray of sunshine, full of happiness and glee.
Little did we
know back then what a loyal friend you would be
And what wonderful, happy memories there were yet to be.
Only we know
the special place you held within our hearts.
You filled our lives with love and joy. You were our precious
girl.
Not long ago,
we had to say goodbye. A painful thing to do.
We had to free you from your pain. We had to let you go.
Before your
time, you left us with an empty place that only you can fill.
We grieve for you, dear Chloe. We lost you much too soon.
We had such
fun on daily walks. You loved riding in the car and boat.
We made so many happy memories, what ever we did, wherever we
would go
We miss you
when we wake each day and you are not there beside us.
You snuggled on our pillows and gave your kisses freely.
We miss that
special time each day. It was such a pleasure.
You would get your special treats from Daddy and Mamma.
We miss you
when we come back home. You are not there to greet us.
No jumping up and wagging tail. You were so happy to see us.
Sometimes we
hear you barking when the telephone rings.
Sometimes we feel you brush our leg as though you were still here.
We long to
hold you on our laps and rub your little tummy,
To stroke your head and tell you how much we dearly love you.
We treasure
every day we had with you and never will forget.
You will always be in our thoughts. We will always love you.
Thank you for
our years together and your special gift of love.
Thank you for those happy days we spent together. You were our
special girl.
Time will heal
the pain your loss has brought. But one thing that is true
You will live in our hearts forever. We will never forget you.
So be happy
dear, sweet Chloe as you play at the Rainbow Bridge.
For one day we will come to be together again, the three of us, my
